Google Business Profiles 扩大 AI 消息功能开放范围

Google 正向更多商家逐步开放 Google Business Profiles 的 AI 消息功能，让客户可从 Search 和 Maps 联系商家，并由 AI 代理回答常见问题、协助预订。该功能目前以免费试点形式开放，仅适用于支持 RCS 的网络和手机；无法回答的问题会转交商家处理，其他短信可能产生标准短信费用。
